At Emtec Facility Services our clients have the comfort of knowing that once we complete an installation, the Facility Services division will provide their installation with a long-term, effective, planned preventative and 24-hour reactive maintenance service Nationally.

We are currently seeking a Contracts Administrator to join the team based at our HQ in Uddingston.


The Role

  • Coordinating scheduling and managing new and existing maintenance contracts
  • Work with managers, sub contractors, engineers and clients through the entire maintenance contract life cycle
  • Produce M&E Maintenance reports
  • Update and maintain internal data systems
  • Monitor financial reports to ensure timely billing
  • Manage all sales invoicing, including monthly composite billing

What we are looking for

  • Previous experience in a contract admin role
  • Effective communicator with excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
  • First class attention to detail

It would be great if you have

  • Previous experience in a facility services environment would be advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navision
