At Emtec Facility Services our clients have the comfort of knowing that once we complete an installation, the Facility Services division will provide their installation with a long-term, effective, planned preventative and 24-hour reactive maintenance service Nationally.

We are currently seeking a Contracts Administrator to join the team based at our HQ in Uddingston.

The Role

Coordinating scheduling and managing new and existing maintenance contracts
Work with managers, sub contractors, engineers and clients through the entire maintenance contract life cycle
Produce M&E Maintenance reports
Update and maintain internal data systems
Monitor financial reports to ensure timely billing
Manage all sales invoicing, including monthly composite billing

What we are looking for

Previous experience in a contract admin role
Effective communicator with excellent organisational and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
First class attention to detail

It would be great if you have

Previous experience in a facility services environment would be advantageous.
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navision
