- Ensure that stock levels are maintained in accordance with customer order requirements
- Review contracted lines for customers on a weekly basis
- Produce and track sales and stock levels against forecasts
- Escalate changes in the demand plan
- Raise orders with suppliers and assess the progression of open and current orders
- Update, review and highlight short-dated stock to sales representatives
- Handle and process customer sales orders
- Resolve any customer claims/queries which may arise
- Maintain an accurate record of customer back orders to process upon stock release
- Update the team with incoming stock and planned releases fortnightly
- Monitor shipments and handle the receipt of goods on arrival
- Liaise with the QP and Quality department for the effective release of batches
- Reconcile stock holding, investigate discrepancies and review the monthly rolling count
- Update and maintain accurate records of the WDA/Home office licenses for customers
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent business experience
- Experience in supply chain and stock management within the Pharmaceutical industry
- Supply Chain qualifications (e.g. CIPS, APICS, CIPM)
- Computer literacy skills, particularly Microsoft Office and Supply Planning Systems, e.g. SAP
