    Our leading International Pharmaceutical client are looking for an experienced SAP S/4 Hana Project Manager to join them on a long term but Part Time (3/4 Days per week) basis.

    The role will be predominantly remote but may include the occasional trip to the Far East.
    The Project Management Office (PMO) oversees the planning, execution and completion of SAP implementation projects.

    Key responsibilities include ensuring project standards, project governance, resource planning, risk and issue management, quality control, and reporting and communication with stakeholders.

    Coordinating between different teams and stakeholders, managing expectations, adapting to changing project requirements, ensuring project delivery within the set time and budget, and effectively communicating changes and progress are equally key.

    To support the implementation, we are looking for an experienced interim manager/consultant with a focus on project or change management of international SAP/IT projects and with experience in managing and leading international teams.

    Role / FunctionsKnow-how transfer for project management needs in the Regional rollout as part of a global instance of SAP S/4HANA Systems.

    Advice on the establishment of a project management office (PMO) to monitor and control the project.

    Guarantee of the deliverables for the European sub-projectAdvice on the functional integration of the Core SAP environment with the newly established SAP SidecarsAdvice on the implementation of project planning with the involvement of all stakeholders and coordination with external consultants.

    Continuous process consulting on an ongoing basis for project progress and planning adjustments.


    Requirements:


    Several years of experience in the management of international projects and especially in the introduction of larger international ERP systems, ideally SAP S/4 HANA systems.
