    We are currently working with an established retrofit housing contractor based in Bristol, They are looking to add an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to join their rapidly expanding team. With this role there is a benefit of no weekend work. If you are an experienced Finance Administrator or Accounts Assistant this role may be for you.

    Accounts Payable Administrator
    Hourly Rate: £14.5 - £16.5 Paid Weekly via Umbrella
    Working Hours: Monday Friday
    Location: Bristol

    As an Accounts Payable Administrator you will be working with the Finance Team assisting with:
    • Monitoring and checking invoices, cross referencing internal system
    • Handling queries and complaints where necessary
    • General administration duties
    • Liaising with various departments to help solve queries
    • Aiding with payment runs, assisting with purchase invoices and expenses
    • Contribute to a collaborative working environment
    • Checking and approving invoices

    To be successful in this Accounts Payable Administrator role you will need to:
    • Be an experienced Accounts Assistant/Finance Administrator/Accounts Coordinator
    • Experience working in a fast paced environment
    • Have previous Social Housing/ Construction experience
