Our prestigious client who is based in Huntingdon - Cambridgeshire and specialises in telecoms is looking for an Office Admin Assistant to join their small but niche team.


REQUIREMENTS:


  • To have functional experience with Microsoft Word being able to create, review, amend and maintain a variety of documents including version control and file structure.
  • To have functional experience with Microsoft Excel being able to create, review, amend and maintain a variety of documents including version control and file structure.
  • To have good organisational skills.
  • To work with Adobe PDF creating comments and combining documents.
  • To work with zip files both creating and extracting.
  • To work with Photoshop, InDesign, Visio and TrueView
  • To have appropriate telephone answering skills.
  • To work well within a small, close knit team
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
  • To be selfmotivated and work well with others communicating with other team members and contributing to the team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills ability to listen & question to gain & share understanding
  • Willingness to engage in other work within the wider team

SALARY AND BENEFITS:


  • Up to 19k per annum salary dependent upon experience
  • Office based
  • Standard pension contributions
  • 23 days holiday
