Our prestigious client who is based in Huntingdon - Cambridgeshire and specialises in telecoms is looking for an Office Admin Assistant to join their small but niche team.
REQUIREMENTS:
- To have functional experience with Microsoft Word being able to create, review, amend and maintain a variety of documents including version control and file structure.
- To have functional experience with Microsoft Excel being able to create, review, amend and maintain a variety of documents including version control and file structure.
- To have good organisational skills.
- To work with Adobe PDF creating comments and combining documents.
- To work with zip files both creating and extracting.
- To work with Photoshop, InDesign, Visio and TrueView
- To have appropriate telephone answering skills.
- To work well within a small, close knit team
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- To be selfmotivated and work well with others communicating with other team members and contributing to the team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills ability to listen & question to gain & share understanding
- Willingness to engage in other work within the wider team
SALARY AND BENEFITS:
- Up to 19k per annum salary dependent upon experience
- Office based
- Standard pension contributions
- 23 days holiday
