Job Brief
We're looking for you to join our team as a Human Resource Coordinator reporting directly to the executive board. As a Human Resource Coordinator, you will work with our highly skilled team.
Your role will be pivotal in maintaing and growing a happy team, and keeping the company up to date with the latest legislation.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to Own and improve the company HR functions General HR and Office administrative support to all employees Ensure the Company's HR strategy is delivered, upgraded where necessary and maintained Ensure that the HR portal is kept uptodate with employee and employer details Ensure all legal and required training is administered to employees Assist in all areas of the employee lifecycle particular attention to onboarding new staff Work with the team to identify and develop their talent, and ensure we create the right learning opportunities for the team. Support induction, workforce planning, reward and recognition, career progression, engagement, and survey action planning Help leaders to identify and attract future talent Build our insight in how our people feel and what's important to them
