Description

A new opportunity is now available for an experienced office assistant to support a team operating within the financial services industry.

Working in a friendly office environment you will track sales leads, maintain a diary system and manage files accurately ensuring professional customer service at all times.


  • Contacting prospective and existing clients to promote end to end financial services
  • Booking appointments and maintain diary system
  • Proactively creating tasks, chasing leads, promoting products, maintaining up to date records, setting up of reminders and general record keeping using in house CRM system
  • Prepare new business and client review packs
  • Provide social media and marketing support
  • Sending out letters to clients and providing updates
  • Prepare new business documents ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and correctly
  • Liaison with clients, advisors and lenders
  • Monitoring sales and recording of all sales data.
  • Ensuring compliance of files and all general administration tasks

Skills required:


  • The aptitude to work efficiently and enthusiastically in a proactive forward thinking manner
  • The ability to build up a good rapport through excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills
  • Good analytical and decision making skills
  • 2+ Years administration experience along with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Negotiable Salary depending on experience


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£22,000.00-£23,500.00 per year
