Position Description:

Manufacturing Transformation Senior Associate_

Responsible for the delivery of the Manufacturing Refocus Programme is the Transformation Team. We work cross-plants and cross-functionally to deliver this critical transformation programme in an agile and data driven manner.

The Role as a Senior Associate within the Transformation team of the Manufacturing Business Office, you'll be at the heart of ensuring the successful delivery of the Manufacturing Refocus Programme, the company's most significant and high-profile transformationprogramme.

This is a unique opportunity to help key stakeholders, up to Plant Director level, make critical choices for the business and shape the future of manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

Create reports and presentation decks for a variety of governance reviews
Encourage, coach and promote agile ways of working across the programme
Support the Head of Manufacturing Transformation with all aspects of programme controls including governance and escalation of blockers
Establish strong working relationships with stakeholders around the business to drive delivery
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the business, including senior leaders, in a structured manner
Develop and coordinate the implementation of the Manufacturing Operations Transformation Strategy.
Work with Data Analysts, SME's, Process Owners and Plant Operations to radically eliminate waste from the Manufacturing Operation.
Work on operational processes by supporting stakeholders in ensuring processes achieve efficiencies.
Alignment with key stakeholders on business value creation.
Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports / comparing to operational goals
Facilitate the processes related to the completion of tasks and the identification of dependencies with other teams.
Collaborate with internal customers to transform ways of working.
Challenge business stakeholders to think in an evolutionary manner.
Undertake any other work as directed by their line manager in connection with their job as may be requested from time to time.

Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience

Previous experience in a similar Project Management / Project Management Office role with a track record of delivery in a complex matrix organisation
Understanding of the endtoend manufacturing processes
Methodical detailed approach to work with meticulous organisation and planning skills
An effective team player, actively leads, develops and supports team members
High energy and selfmotivated, ability to deliver with minimum supervision, determination to succeed regardless of roadblocks and natural drive to seek solutions
Relevant previous experience in Business Processes Experience of collaboration cross functional team working
Strong stakeholder management skills
Serve as the conduit between the business units/departments, Manufacturing Business Office and the wider Transformation team.

Preferred:

Working experience in an operational / manufacturing business (preferably automotive)
Advanced knowledge of key business systems and processes, e.g. quality tools and techniques
IT skills Proficient in use of MS PowerPoint

Education
Educated to Degree level or equivalent track record of high achievement, showing drive, self-motivation and the ability to proactively address challenges
