Reviewing transaction documentation relating to general syndicated facilities, Islamic financing, real estate financing, leveraged and acquisition financing and other corporate trust products.
Previous experience of Loan Agency Transaction Management - Essential.Previous experience of Project and Export Finance - beneficial.
