* £350/day- Hybrid Working

Prime Purpose Of Role:
To manage all aspects of the Purchase Ledger and to assist the Finance Manager in executing day to day accounting work.
Main Responsibilities:
- Daily review and approval of all supplier invoices, for both EUKA and US entities, including coding to the right natural account against budget and cost centre before authorisation
- Assisting with invoice queries and processing
- Preparing for fortnightly Bacs supplier and staff runs
- Obtaining prior approval before executing out of cycle payments
- Reviewing all the Balance Sheet reconciliations accounts for EUKA entities
- Assisting with bank reconciliations
- Involvement in adhoc requests by team
- Accounting background with strong numerical skills and high level of accuracy
- TechnologyOne knowledge preferred
- Preferably from a financial services background
- Excel skills essential
- Good team player
- Flexible to work towards and achieve tight deadlines
- Ability to communicate with all levels of staff
