Prime Purpose Of Role:


To manage all aspects of the Purchase Ledger and to assist the Finance Manager in executing day to day accounting work.

The firm has undergone some exciting expansions and changes, great time to join and make impact

Main Responsibilities:

  • Daily review and approval of all supplier invoices, for both EUKA and US entities, including coding to the right natural account against budget and cost centre before authorisation
  • Assisting with invoice queries and processing
  • Preparing for fortnightly Bacs supplier and staff runs
  • Obtaining prior approval before executing out of cycle payments
  • Reviewing all the Balance Sheet reconciliations accounts for EUKA entities
  • Assisting with bank reconciliations
  • Involvement in adhoc requests by team
Key skills

  • Accounting background with strong numerical skills and high level of accuracy
  • TechnologyOne knowledge preferred
  • Preferably from a financial services background
  • Excel skills essential
  • Good team player
  • Flexible to work towards and achieve tight deadlines
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of staff
