  • Car Documentation - This post is a designated Casual Car User. Therefore, you must always hold a full valid driving licence and provide your own car for use at work. You will receive the Casual Car User Allowance.

  • The role holder will work as part of the team delivering Family support They will hold responsibility for working as part of a multi-agency team and as part of The Team Around the Child. The role holder will work at front line level, at a high quality and when necessary assertively, and use a whole family approach. The role holder will work with families with children /young people up to the age SEND) The Family Help Worker role will have a broad understanding of a wide range of services access criteria and have the skills and expertise, taking a think family, strength-based approach to supporting children and families to access appropriate services and activities The role holder will be responsible supporting families alongside other services and professionals to ensure child/ren young people and parents have access to the full range of services via the Family Hub and have a role in coordinating provisions and interventions.
