Role ofSales Development Representative


You will be reporting to a Business Development Manager and your focus will be on outreach activity to generate new business according to set targets and a defined set of KPIs.


Responsibilities:
Sales Development Representative


  • Perform research activities to identify target customers in key markets.
  • Coldcalling prospects.
  • Leveraging social platforms and other sales outreach channels.
  • Qualifying and connecting with inbound leads.
  • Booking appointments for BDMs.
  • Passing qualified contacts to BDMs.
  • Maintaining accurate CRM data over contacts and companies.
  • Meeting weekly/monthly objectives such as meetings booked and other KPI metrics.

Bachelor's Degree or a higher

1-2 years experience in a B2B consultative sales role

Be a professional and dynamic person who can adapt to an agile environment

Be motivated to deliver on agreed commitments in a professional and timely manner

Have experience using LinkedIn, CRM, Excel, and Microsoft Office products

Have experience cold-calling and pitching products or services over the phone

Be willing to embrace change, growth, and the fun of a start-up environment

Have excellent communication skills and the drive to turn every conversation into a sales meeting.
