Due to continued growth and success in delivering bespoke Wealth management solutions to HNW clients, this award winning IFA firm seeks an accomplished Administration and Operations Manager to join their team.

Applications are invited from dynamic individuals who have a track record in Administration and Operations within the Financial Services industry.

Your role will be varied as you will play a key part in the ongoing success of the business.

You will responsible for leading the Administration team who provide holistic support to the Advisors. You will manage workloads and service delivery, ensuring the well being and productivity of your team. You will analyse processes and procedures and workto make improvements where necessary. You will support the wider HR and Operations functions including facilities, payroll and financial management.
