For our "Customer and Product Management" division we are looking for a
Technical Administrator - Time Management (m/f/d)
This position is a full-time position, which is in principle divisible.

You are responsible for setting up and maintaining the time management terminals for our customers
You will administer the Windows and Linux systems within the P&I-LogaAll-in environment
You are responsible for the network infrastructure of the customer's time management system (planning and maintenance)
You create quotations and monitor the order processing of LOGA hardware components in SAP S/4HANA
You will process customer inquiries (first / second level support), carry out error analyses and take over communication with the software or hardware manufacturer

Completed technical training in the field of computer science or similar qualification through relevant professional experience
Experience in the technical installation and support of IT systems (Windows / Linux)
Strong knowledge of network technology
Extensive PC knowledge and mastery of standard software
Understanding of databases and knowledge of SQL
Basic knowledge of SAP S/4HANA
Willingness to travel and class B driving license
