    If you're an experienced Property Sales Valuer or Lister and still hungry to perform in a fast-paced environment whilst not being micro-managed, then come on in.

    If you're also organised, focussed, driven, you can sniff out opportunities, and approach work methodically and like a good ol' challenge when Vendors sometimes like to play hard, this opportunity is one that comes with a lot more than your run-of-the-mill Lister role.

    The Client

    My client in Primrose Hill is one of the best multi-branched, independent estate agents in London, and they're looking for a top Sales Valuer to join their office.

    The Sales team work closely together and you will be responsible with providing them stock to sell, increasing market share, and being an integral part of the company.

    Role responsibilities:

    • Accurately value and list properties
    • Canvas and increase their market share
    • Work closely with the sales team and keep them informed of your pipeline
    • Stay up to date with market trends and changes to advise Vendors in the best way possible

    Package

    • Monday to Friday, and 1 in 4 Saturdays
    • Up to £40k base and £80k OTE
    • Car allowance/pool car
    • 26 days + bank holidays
    • Industry recognised training and qualifications
