    The Role


    Realise are recruiting for qualified Early Years Trainer Assessors, covering learners in the Burnley region.

    As a Trainer Assessor, your focus will be to support learners to reach their goals through their Early Years Level 2, 3 or 5 apprenticeships or AEB short courses. As the first point of contact for your learners you will provide the support they need to flourish through their apprenticeship journey with Realise.

    Whilst we can't promise that every day will be the same, your key responsibilities are likely to be:

    - Supporting a caseload of learners across your region, face to face and remotely

    - Delivering a range of award-winning qualifications

    - Coming up with appropriate solutions for your learners, to ensure that they have the best experience possible and develop their interest and career

    - Utilising an e-portfolio system to effectively manage the learner journey

    About You

    - A Level 3 qualification in Early Years, or equivalent is essential

    - Significant occupational competency in an Early Years setting

    - An assessing qualification (e.g., TAQA/A1/D32/33,CAVA) would be advantageous

    - A teaching qualification (e.g., AET, PTLLS) would be advantageous

    - Experience in building and managing your own caseload.

    - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    - IT competent with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
