Nigel Frank are working closely with an established Microsoft Gold Partner as they are looking to expand out their IT Support team. This is a chance to work for with a variety of different customers, onsite and remotely, on exciting support projects. This role involves working closely with external clients using the Microsoft 365 stack, so demonstrable experience with this is vital.
This is a flexible hybrid role that requires travel to their Cambridge office 2 times a week so please take this into consideration. As my client are a Microsoft Gold Partner, they want to invest heavily into this engineer and help them gain multiple Microsoft certifications
Roles & responsibilities:
· Microsoft 365 administration
· Using the service desk system to log customer interactions
· Software installations
· Patching and updating
· Resolving customer issues in accordance to SLAs.
Experience with the following is required:
· Office 365 applications
· Networking (switches, routers, firewalls)
· Windows server operating systems
This is a salaried role that pays up to £45,000, with a favourable benefits package.
