    Job Description

    Marketplace Operations, looking for a full-time Account Manager (AM) to support their growing insurance vertical. The Insurance AM will manage the day-to-day execution of their clients marketing programs and design the overall strategy for growing account revenue with key insurance partners. You will leverage your smarts & the Forbes Advisor brand to drive results for your clients.

    The Forbes Insurance vertical has become one of the most trusted and comprehensive resources to educate and enable consumers to purchase insurance online. Since its inception in 2019, our experts have produced over 1,500 articles and reviewed hundreds of insurance companies across the auto, business, health, home, life, pet, renters, and travel insurance lines of business. The Insurance AM will be vital in strategizing and executing growth opportunities in these categories.

    Responsibilities:

    • Support the Director of Business Development in achieving the revenue and growth targets across our advertiser partnerships.
    • Work collaboratively with the vertical managers and commercial stakeholders to identify areas for commercial growth across a portfolio of advertiser partners and properties.
    • Oversee all program implementation by developing and tracking client project plans.
    • Set, meet and exceed aggressive revenue goals for your clients.
    • Work with marketing, pricing and sales to create thoughtful media plans and proposals.
    • Manage collection of creative assets, tracking and ad verification from clients / agency contacts and coordinate with the vertical Director.
    • Process Insertion Orders and ensure they are compliant.
    • Project manage and coordinate with internal teams all necessary elements for campaign execution.
    • Provide strategic advice to increase each client's ROI.
    • Develop, maintain and extend relationships with your portfolio of clients.
    • Continuously research and identify opportunities with current partners and beyond.
    • Maintain a deep understanding of key insurance lines to identify respective macro impacts to our efforts.

    Requirements:

    • 3-4 plus years of proven digital advertising experience, insurance experience heavily preferred but not required
    • Sales professional with an entrepreneurial spirit who thrives in a team, goal-oriented environment
    • Strong track record of building and cultivating relationships with partners across a range of verticals
    • Familiarity with various affiliate platforms such as Impact, Cake, CJ, Rakuten, a plus
    • Exceptional communication, organizational, and presentation skills
    • Autonomous individual, able to juggle multiple account challenges at once
    • Extremely detail oriented, excels at time management, prioritization, and handling multiple tasks at once
    • Fluent in Google Suite. Familiarity using Tableau and Google Analytics is a plus.
    • Experience building and booking media plans
