    Audit Manager - Top 30The FirmWe are currently working with a highly established Top 30 firm, who are looking for an audit manager to join their growing team.The firm are dedicated to providing high quality work for their clients, and incredibly focussed on their own staff, and making it a great place to work. They will commit to you personally, to provide opportunities of clear internal progression, making sure you have a flexible and positive work life balance, and guarantee that your effort is valued and duly noted.The RoleAs an audit manager in this firm, you will be a key member of the team, delivering high quality work to a variety of notable clients across SME's, large corporate businesses, high-net worth individuals, and NFP's.Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Planning, supervising, and reviewing work across audit, accounts, and corporation tax
    • Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts in line with UK GAAP/FRS102
    • Supervising junior members of the team
    • Providing assistance with technical queries
    • Aiding staff members in their professional development
    • Conducting periodic appraisals
    • Performing billing management
    • Staff-related administration duties
    • Ad hoc business consultancy
    • Assisting in generating and new business
    • Potential to aid with recruitment

    Salary and BenefitsDepending on experience, the salary of this role is up to £70,000Benefits include but are not limited to:

    • 2 days a week in the office minimum (Core hours system in place)

    Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate will have:

    • ACA/ACCA (or equivalent) Qualification
    • Experience managing audits
    • Experience with a varied client base
    • Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience
