Pre-Construction Manager / Estimator
Consortio Recruitment Group has partnered with one of our clients and we are requiring an Pre-Construction Manager who will get stuck in and also Estimate.
Maybe you are a Senior Estimator who has more about them on the Pre-Con side than just Estimating or a pre-construction Director or Manager that still gets involved in Estimating.
As a business that is growing and had a turnover last year of £20M they have repeat business and partner with fantastic clients on commercial fit-out and refurb and working with leading Formula One names such as Williams, Red Bull and many more.
they can offer hybrid working, a mixture of office and home working. You will be part of the pre-construction progress.
The initial process is to work in the office during the probation period and get to know the team and processes.
Pre-Construction Manager experience* 5 years as an Estimator within construction as a minimum
