    Compliance Manager - Lloyds Market

    London/Hybrid

    Duties

    • Support the business as the Compliance function SME.
    • Assess ongoing compliance with Lloyd's Regulatory Principles
    • Designing and maintaining thematic reviews and monitoring activities
    • Undertake reviews of regulatory developments
    • Create & maintain relevant compliance policies & procedures
    • Lead on the production and submission of accurate and timely regulatory reports.
    • Provide timely responses to queries received from the International business.
    • Design and deliver compliance training
    • Stakeholder management with the International business

    Knowledge and experience:

    • Good knowledge of FCA requirements
    • Compliance experience within the London Insurance Market
    • International level of experience in Licencing Applications, desirable but not essential.
    • Experience of regulatory reporting and the use of FCA systems.
    • Previous experience of managing other compliance professionals (not essential)
    • Experience of working with senior management.
