    Full Time- Hybrid working with 3 days week in the office (days dependent on operational coverage)

    You will be advising and coaching leaders clearly and effectively on employee relations processes, considering the legal, financial and PR risks, along with the needs of the Company.

    In addition, you will be responsible for delivering change projects, (restructures, redundancies, TUPE and changes to terms and conditions) following the design approval by the Organisational Effectiveness team.

    Building and managing positive working relationships with leaders of all levels.
    Identifying legal, financial, PR and Company risks and providing options and recommendations.

    Evaluating data to review, enhance and create employee relations processes, letters, articles, products and workshop material proactively and continuously.

    Advising and coaching leaders clearly and effectively on the delivery of restructures, redundancies, TUPE and changes to terms and conditions, including individual and collective consultation, taking into account the legal, financial and PR risks, along with the needs of the Company and being Most Loved.

    Identifying trends in opportunity to upskill leaders by delivering Company wide and bespoke employee relations workshops.
    Supporting the international assignments process and ad hoc people team projects, including conducting exit interviews.

    You will have significant experience of providing advice, guidance and support to leaders on a range of employee relations issues/cases, including change projects, in a large commercially focused organisation.

    Effective case planning experience, taking ownership of multiple and varied employee relation cases timely and efficiently to assimilate and analyse information from difference sources quickly and accurately.

    Demonstrable delivery of people projects along with knowledge of employment law and Level 5 CIPD (desirable).
