Job Specifics
Location: 3 Stanton Court, Stirling Road, South Marston Business Park, Swindon, Wiltshire, SN3 4YH


Hours:
Sunday 6pm - 12am

There are also opportunities to pick up overtime covering annual leave during evenings and weekends.

Age: 18+

Pay:
£11.60 per hour / £22,620 pro rata (at 37.5hrs)


About ZPos Ltd
ZPos is a rapidly expanding company that supplies products and services to restaurants and takeaways.

We predominantly sell eCommerce websites facilitating the online ordering of takeaway meals as well as the supply of EPoS Systems, printing and digital signage.

We have offices in Bracknell, Crowthorne and Swindon.


What We Want


We work with takeaways who require round the clock support, and whose busiest periods are the afternoons, evenings and weekends.

To improve our service, we are looking to expand on our current support team to provide help to our clients when the office is busier or would normally be closed.

We are looking for a friendly, responsible and reliable individual who can work independently and in a small team.


About The Role

Main Responsibilities

  • Notifying restaurants by telephone with outstanding orders.
  • Helping customers order their meal via live chat.
  • Provide customer service for clients calling into the office.
  • Performing general administration duties.

Required Skills & Attributes

  • Patient.
  • Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proactive.
  • Good with computers.
  • Extremely diligent.
  • Polite telephone manner.
  • Confident personality.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Reliable.

Required Education
Minimum of 7 GCSEs, with A-C grades in Maths and English.
