Our client, a leading boutique talent agency, is currently seeking a skilled and experienced talent agent to manage a roster of macro & micro creators

Responsibilities

• Strategically overseeing talent management, including formulating and executing strategic plans, identifying and securing new avenues for talent, and nurturing client relationships
• Diary management
• Securing and negotiating fruitful brand partnerships that align with the talents' personal interests and career objectives
• Target and sign new talent for your roster
• Explore wider avenues for talent - including broadcast, podcasts, literary and IP

Key Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in talent management, preferably within the digital/influencer domain
• Proven expe
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills
