They're only 12 months old, but they've already made an astounding impact. Last year, they launched two brand new events in London and New York which both sold out without ANY marketing spend. Since then, they've been growing the series globally, launching a new event in climate adaptation, and building a platform to support the industry at large. Offering an excellent working culture, a truly flexible working approach, strong team ethos, competitive salaries and fantastic career opportunities, this is an opportunity not to be missed THE ROLE Due to their ongoing success, they are now looking for an Event Conference Producer to be involved in every aspect of the event process. It is a fast-paced, interesting, and incredibly rewarding position as you see the event you've produced come to life A Broad Role, Responsibilities Will Include
    • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to create relevant, commercially viable events
    • Collaborate with industry experts and thought leaders to develop engaging agendas
    • Work under the Head of Production and CEO to develop and implement new ideas to ensure our events are industry-leading
    • Network with and secure top leadership and industry experts to speak at the summit
    • Work closely with the partnerships team to highlight and secure sponsors that are inline with the event's core value
    • Develop a deep understanding of topics we operate in, to create the highest quality content and events
    • Onsite speaking and moderation for the event
    • Onsite coordination and management, including overseeing the agenda and speaking-related responsibilities at the event
    THE CANDIDATE The ideal candidate will have previous events experience within a conference/content production. The candidate should be confident in talking with C level industry experts, as well as managing projects from end to end. The role is full time with international travel.
