If you're searching for a career that's both fulfilling and has a positive impact on the lives of others, we encourage you to consider becoming a special needs teaching assistant.

We're currently in search of compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team, helping students who require extra support to achieve their academic and personal goals.

As a teaching assistant, you'll work closely with these students, providing individualised support to meet their unique needs.

We offer both full-time and part-time positions with competitive salaries for those interested in becoming special needs teaching assistants. Prior experience is mandatory; however, it isn't essential for it to be in a school setting.

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with students, teachers, and other professionals to offer individualised support to each student. This may include helping with classroom instruction, providing one-on-one support, and assisting students with daily activities.

Smart Education is dedicated to your training and development, and we go above and beyond to ensure you have access to the best opportunities for growth.

We offer over 180 certified CPD courses, demonstrating our commitment to your ongoing education and professional development.
