    Salary:
    £26000 to £28000


    I am seeking a dedicated Nursery Room Leader to lead a welcoming, established team and contribute to the development of the little ones who attend a stunning, Daventry based service.

    You will join a provider who believes in providing a warm, safe, and enriching environment where children can thrive.


    The team is committed to fostering each child's individuality and supporting their early development through play-based learning and meaningful interactions.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the daily operations of the nursery room, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining high standards of care.
    • Lead and motivate a team of dedicated early years practitioners, providing guidance and support to ensure each child receives personalised attention.
    • Develop and implement ageappropriate activities and curriculum to promote learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
    • Build strong partnerships with parents and caregivers, fostering open communication and collaboration to support children's holistic development.
    • Conduct regular observations and assessments to track children's progress and identify areas for growth, working closely with the team to implement targeted interventions.

    Requirements:

    • Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent (Level 4 or above preferred).
    • Proven experience in a leadership role within a nursery or early years setting.
    • Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development principles.
    • Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
    • A nurturing and enthusiastic approach to working with children and families.
