As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with outstanding service and support.

You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure that each interaction leaves a positive impression.=


Responsibilities:


  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients in person
  • Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and requests in a professional and timely manner
  • Up sell products and services to increase customer satisfaction and revenue
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism at all times

Qualifications:


  • Strong analytical skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment

Salary:
From £24,635.26 per year
