Are you looking for a fast paced environment with the chance to make an established HR function your own?

Good, I am currently working on a brilliant People Partner/HR Management position working for a midlands based SME.

This commercial and fast paced client are looking for someone to come in on a permanent basis and support their headcount of just over 300with everything and anything HR related.

This is mainly based in South Leicestershire but with some local travel to additional smaller sites.

Keeping on top of the general day to day support you will be able to look at the current function, do a needs analysis and develop and implement any projects you feel will add value.

You can really make this one your own You will work in partnership withthe other People Partner based out of Rugby/Luton and work as a team to ensure the function is fit for purpose.

Reporting to the MD you will need to bring fresh ideas, be process driven and able to turn your hand to anything HR related - a true generalist.
