- Underwriting larger, more complex Professional Indemnity cases.
- Promoting Professional Indemnity Underwriting in the Northern region, including training local Underwriters and Brokers as required.
- Coaching and mentoring less experienced Underwriters, helping them to build product specific knowledge and sales skills.
- Leading, setting and executing the local underwriting strategy for your area, in conjunction with members of the Underwriting management team.
- Taking referrals of more complex risks.
- Leading underwriting and sales visits to larger clients and prospects.
- Leading the team in achieving the target retention rate for the region.
