- Respond to technical queries from travel partners and act as liaison to other departments for advanced technical support.
- Work with colleagues at national sales offices in Europe
- Oversee the implementation and launch phases.
- Onboard new travel partners and assist with key API integrations, collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless on-boarding
- Participate in exchanges within the Key Account Management team.
- Attend travel industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Proven experience in key account management preferably in the travel industry.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close deals.
