    Key Account Manager

    Our client a specialist travel brand who have a solid presence across Europe are keen to bring on board a dynamic and proactive Key Account Manager. This role will be instrumental in driving business growth and forging new partnerships, alongside retaining existing business.

    Key Account Manager responsibilities include:

    • Build and nurture relationships with key travel industry players, stakeholders, and decision-makers.
    • Provide a strong understanding of the company's products, the competition in the industry and positioning.
    • Respond to technical queries from travel partners and act as liaison to other departments for advanced technical support.
    • Work with colleagues at national sales offices in Europe
    • Oversee the implementation and launch phases.
    • Onboard new travel partners and assist with key API integrations, collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless on-boarding
    • Participate in exchanges within the Key Account Management team.
    • Attend travel industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

    As a Key Account Manager, you will have:

    • Proven experience in key account management preferably in the travel industry.
    • Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close deals.
    • Industry market knowledge and business acumen.
    • Negotiation skills.
    • Knowledge of API connectivity.
    • Proactive in decision making.
