Monitor control and generate Key Performance Indicators on the repair loop quality and performance. Update and KPI the repair reports database. Implement and maintain a closer link between the train performance and the repaired materials.

Control and challenge the suppliers on the quality of the repair reports that they provide and ensure that the scope of the repairs meet the required needs.

Quarantine and return to good stock materials based on work orders data and data generated by the trains (i.e. defect codes). Materials Performance Technician

Link between performance and materials:
Monitor materials involved in performance incidents.
Update and KPI the repair report database.
Minimum 3-5 years of depot work or
Maintenance Engineer Level 3.
Experience in Excel.
Experience in BI tools (desirable).
