The Creative Studio is an in-house creative agency who are responsible for all the creative output for Go.
Compare and Look After My Bills (apart from TV and radio). We are ideators, creators, writers, editors, animators, designers, social media managers, organisers and project managers. From a simple display advert to a cross-platform-multi-channel campaign, we support Go.
Compare and LAMB to deliver high quality visuals and copy to help deliver against business goals.

What you'll be doing...

The Junior Content Designer will be there to assist the Content Designer in making sure content is provided for users in the right place and in the most suitable format.

You'll also;

Be a guardian of the tone of voice for both Go.

Compare and Look After My Bills

Help create and update content across the websites to ensure the information and data is correct, user focused and inline with our new tone of voice guidelines.
Write website content (drafting in text documents and publishing via the CMS in some instances)
Use data to make content improvements
Write and edit video scripts and advertising copy for online and above the line campaigns
Support the management of content workflows and todo lists
Ensure content is approved from a compliance perspective
Answer tone of voice, grammar, partner and customer service queries

Experience that will put you ahead of the curve...

User focus you can create content that meets user needs and use any available user data, knowledge or research to inform content decisions and make complex content easy to understand and accessible to all.
Experience in writing and publishing digital content.
Knowledge of personal finance and household bills industries would be beneficial (but not essential).
Experience of using content management systems and content production processes to publish content would be beneficial (but not essential).
Good communication skills you can build good working relationships and clearly communicate with colleagues and stakeholders.
You have the ability to work in a fastpaced environment and use an iterative and flexible approach to enable quick delivery.
English degree or similar qualification.
