    Role Overview:

    As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a key role in the design, development, and maintenance of our software applications.

    Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Lead the design and implementation of software solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.

    Supporting / enhancing our Decisioning API (Python) and working on several API integrations with 3rd party services using C#.Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

    Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using best practices and industry standards.
    Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
    Troubleshoot and debug issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
    Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, advocating for the adoption of new tools and techniques where appropriate.
    Mentor junior engineers, sharing knowledge and promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.


    Qualifications:


    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent work experience.5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on web applications.

    Strong proficiency Python / SQL / AzureExperience in C# / .Net desireableExperience with modern web development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, ).Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices.

    Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
    Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment.
