    Description

    Were seeking experienced HR Generalists / HR Officers to work in a busy HR department supporting a Head of HR in Central Portsmouth for an initial 2 months + Contract.

    You will be working independently handling a full range of HR generalist activities including HR Administration, HR coordination and potentially HR Advisory, depending on experience.

    HR Administration


    • Recruitment Coordination and vetting
    • Updating HR files
    • Answering HR queries and providing advice and support on policy and procedures.
    • We are seeking candidates with experience in HR Administration, HR Coordinator or HR Advisor but happy to be involved in HR Administration.
    • Experience in full employee life cycle HR administration
    • A preference for someone with some HR Advisory or ER background welcome.
    The role is offered on an initial temporary contract for Upto 2 months with scope for longer term
