    The role is based at Pareto's Holborn office.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day office operations, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the highest standards of quality in learning design are captured.

    Office Operations

    Front of House:
    Management and organisation of the Holborn reception.

    Greeting staff, clients and delegates into the office ensuring that they follow the sign in process and are aware of health and safety protocols.

    Maintain and order office supplies ensuring adequate stock levels.

    Facility maintenance:
    Support the facilities manager with any office maintenance requirements e.g. fire alarm testing, pat testing etc.
    Point of contact for all visitors to the Holborn office. Creating and distributing building ID passes for internal colleagues, creating name cards for external visitors.

    Training Courses:
    Providing logistical support for the commercial performance department within Pareto. Including the planning, preparing and organisation for our internal and external training courses.

    Tasks such as printing & shipping of training resources, sending invitations to delegates attending courses and setting up training rooms with equipment required.

    Arrange and schedule lunches for clients or delegates attending the Holborn office.

    Communicating with staff, delegates and clients to seek and report on feedback to inform future learning and training requirements.

    Analyse delegate feedback from training sessions, workshops, and consultations.


    Training & Meeting Room Bookings:
    Assist in planning and organising company events or meetings when required.

    Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports and presentations including delegate feedback reports and quality assurance assessments, highlighting trends, successes, and areas for improvement.

    Quality Assurance

    Thoroughly assess learning materials, including course content, curriculum, and training resources, to ensure alignment with instructional design principles, SPAG and overall quality standards.


    Quality Enhancement:

    Work closely with the Learning Design and Delivery teams to provide feedback and suggestions for enhancing the quality of learning materials and delivery methods.


    Continuous Improvement:
    Proactively identify opportunities to improve the quality assurance process, streamline workflows, and enhance learning outcomes.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Collaborate with Learning Designers, Facilitators, and other stakeholders to address quality concerns and implement improvements.
