Team Leader - Bespoke, Hard Landscaping

Salary £29,000 to £31,000

Northampton

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the country's most successful Landscape companies, part of a large international group and you will have an important role in their already very successful, Northampton depot.

You will be central to the building of Bespoke Landscapes that include the sales offices and show homes for new build housing sites and podium, roof gardens in city centres.

The company are the "go-to" resource for Contractors and Developers needing a professional Landscaping service.

The Job:

You will work on sites across Northamptonshire and the surrounding counties and the majority will be garden projects comprising the construction of hard landscaping elements.

You will work together with an Operative and your Contract Manager to translate the design plans into another of the company's outstanding Garden Landscape creations and will be involved in the installation of:

Paving, slabs and cobbles

Small brick and block walls (minor works only, they bring in a brickie for anything larger)

Podium structures

Roof gardens

Raised beds

Fencing

Decking, Wood works, sleeper beds and Garden Structures.

Paths and Edging

Garden Lighting

Water features and Ponds

The Person:

You will probably have about 2 to 5 years' experience in construction, ideally as a Hard Landscaper with experience of building in a variety of materials.

You will often be a principal point of contact for the client and will therefore need to be a reasonable communicator, well-presented and punctual.

You will have a good eye for detail and will ensure that projects are always completed to the highest standard
