    Are you looking for a dynamic and varied nursing role that allows you a fantastic work life balance? Based from Church Hill House in Bracknell we will offer a great shift pattern which will include only working 1 weekend per month

    We are a friendly and supportive team, looking for highly motivated RNs who possess strong communication skills.


    Your role will be pivotal within the local community by making a difference to our patients, delivering a high level of care in their own home.


    As a Community Nurse, no day is the same and you will be met with patients of varied needs, from wound care to end of life care.

    Monday to Friday (Core hours) - 08:30 - 16:30

    Late shift - 11:00-19:00

    Early shift - 07:00 - 15:00

    A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.
    You will provide high quality nursing care to a range of patients with varying healthcare needs

    Continuous Professional Development
    Community nursing Experience

    Ability to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care.
    Ability to identify risks and act accordingly with regard to safety of oneself, patients and others using the appropriate aids
    Able to demonstrate use of own initiative and ability to work alone
    IT skills - including Excel, Powerpoint.
    Able to travel across multiple sites in Berkshire.
    Full UK driving licence and access to own car
    Experience of undertaking general assessment by utilising evidence based care.
    Experience of teaching relatives and carers across all areas of care.
