- Undertaking fee earning work and providing a profitable contribution to the firm.
- Vetting new enquiries.
- Discussing and agreeing case tactics and planning with the Team Leader.
- Supporting the case leader in case management and progression.
- Instructing experts.
- Compiling statements.
- Compiling Letter of Claims.
- Instructing counsel.
- Attending conferences.
- Assisting with litigation.
- Assisting with departmental development.
- General administration duties required on files.
- Excellent drafting and attention to detail.

- Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Paralegal with a minimum of 5 years' fee earning experience.

- Some experience in handling Employment Tribunal cases or good knowledge of employment law in consideration of the overlap between personal injury and employment in stress at work cases.

About the Role
The company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced PI Solicitor or Paralegal to manage an established caseload of Stress at Work claims with the opportunity for future involvement with other psychiatric illness matters. The successful candidate will work under supervision and undertake fee earning work, providing a profitable contribution to the firm.
