    Your main responsibility will be to lead Systems Engineering activities within multi-disciplinary project teams. This entails ensuring the alignment of mechanical, electrical, and software design elements to meet the customer's requirements effectively.

    Moreover, you'll relish the opportunity to take the reins in project delivery, assuming significant responsibility for managing risks, costs, and schedules.

    Your key responsibilities will encompass various crucial aspects of systems engineering:

    Development of

    Engineering Management Plans:

    Crafting comprehensive plans for engineering management, including safety management, test integration and acceptance, and technical risk management, to ensure smooth project execution.

    Collecting evidence to verify that the system requirements are being met, ensuring its functionality and performance align with the customer's needs.


    Creation of Procurement Specifications:
    Defining the parameters and procedures for testing the system to ensure its quality and reliability.

    Leading or participating in design reviews to assess the progress and quality of the system's development, identifying any issues or areas for improvement.

    These responsibilities underscore the critical role you'll play in ensuring the successful development, testing, and deployment of high-performance targeting and surveillance equipment.

    Experience in providing technical leadership within project teams, with a significant responsibility for managing project risks and ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.

    This involves guiding the team through challenges and ensuring project goals are met efficiently.

    Stakeholder Engagement:
    Proven ability to work closely with both internal and external stakeholders, such as clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building productive relationships and addressing stakeholders' needs effectively.
    Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams on projects characterized by high levels of complexity. Ensuring that products meet regulatory standards is essential for market access and customer satisfaction.

    Experience with camera sensor technology, including infrared and visible spectrum sensors, and understanding of dynamic range and performance metrics.


    Fault Tree and Failure Mode Analysis:
    Proficiency in fault-tree and failure mode analysis techniques

    Displays confidence and professionalism when interacting with customers, representing the company positively and effectively communicating technical information and project updates.
