About the role
International SOS is currently recruiting for a Product Analyst to join our Content Services team.

In this role, you will have a unique opportunity to work with various stakeholders, internal and external, to define user stories, requirements and specifications for features, capabilities, and improvements across a portfolio of content services and platformswhich will have a direct impact on how we grow as a business and add value to our clients.

Reporting to the Senior Product Owner you will work closely with delivery teams for implementation and ongoing analysis and support.


Key responsibilities

  • Develop detailed user stories, business requirements and functional specifications and other analysis documentation
  • Work closely with all delivery teams, including QA, to ensure that defined user stories and requirements are properly aligned, implemented, tested, info security compliant and delivered
  • Build expertise across group and individual business line digital product portfolios, as well as an understanding of their systems and capabilities
  • Act as SME of specific capabilities and processes within Content Services
  • Build effective and meaningful relationships with relevant business line stakeholders, acting as an interface between the business, operations, and technology teams
  • Participate actively in managing processes, workflows and ceremonies supporting overall product delivery, including standups, sprint planning and reviews, Confluence documentation, Jira tickets, acceptance criteria, and release management
  • Manage and validate the ongoing support/maintenance process and backlog for the Content Services delivery team

About you

  • Broad technical expertise experience with data migration, APIs and Content Management Systems
  • Experience in agile digital development and knowledge of digital analytics processes and tools
  • Knowledge of data/content structure and migration
  • Outstanding analytical skills and the ability to make complex issues simple
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively
  • Experience collaborating with backend Engineering teams
