Are you an experienced Sales Negotiator looking to join a leading Estate Agency based in Portishead?

Our client is an exceptional firm that pride themselves on first class customer service and their strong local knowledge.

Duties of the role will include:

Generating and attending viewings
Generating Market Appraisal
Viewing feedback
Vendor Updates
Canvassing
Some office administration
Offer negotiation
A minimum of 1 years experience working within the Property Industry
Strong local knowledge
Great customer service ability
Ability to work to targets
Energetic and proactive
Clear passion for Property

Salary - £15k - £20k Basic DOE

Hours - Monday - Friday 8:45am - 6pm every other saturday with a day off in lieu.

To be considered for this role you MUST have a full UK driving licence.
