    We have a very exciting opening to join our business as a highly experienced and passionate SEO leader, who will support us in our mission, to help the world to work.

    You'll be responsible for setting out a medium-term, strategic SEO plan for the company, in the UK, USA, and international markets as we continue our global expansion.

    You will have a strong understanding of SEO best practices, understand the evolving digital landscape, and will play a key role in driving customer acquisition and candidate engagement through organic search.

    What you'll do on a day-to-day basis:

    • You will be our expert on SEO. You'll constantly stay abreast of the latest SEO and digital marketing trends and advancements, including emerging technologies, search engine updates, and algorithm changes and you will help CV-Library to lead the way in SEO advancements
    • You will be able to demonstrate a highly commercial approach to maximizing returns through effective multi-channel campaign management.
    • You will report directly into senior management working closely with the senior leadership team, defining indicators and performance metrics to drive and measure new customer acquisition through effective spends and content optimisation, in addition to retargeting strategies
    • We are a data driven business and we use it to shape our decisions, your strategies will be data led, so you will need to be comfortable working with data and selecting SEO projects based on detailed analysis of data
    • You'll be an expert at reports. Reporting regularly on SEO performance, including tracking against KPIs, metrics, and ROI
    • You will be being experienced that is able to identify and utilise AI tools that can improve efficiency across all SEO tasks
    • We would like you to oversee the creation of high-quality content that is optimised for search and user experience
    • You will conduct thorough SEO audits and monitor the performance of our digital assets to identify issues, opportunities, and successes
    • We love to collaborate, and you will work with teams across the organisation, including content, product, and technology, to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all initiatives
    • We pride ourselves on teamwork. It is at the heart of everything we do, and you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of people ensuring they are able to deliver against the strategy you develop.
    • You will need to assist the marketing team and all marketing activity, measuring performance through the ongoing review of performance metrics

    Requirements

    What you'll bring to the table:

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in SEO, you'll be able to demonstrate results across multiple departments and demonstrate the impact you have made in previous organisations in implementing and executing a successful SEO strategy
    • Experience in building and scaling, highly motivated teams, to support with significant SEO investment
    • Excellent knowledge of PPC, Programmatic, Display, SEO, social media, and brand advocacy
    • Ability to measure, manage, and achieve ROI on SEO budgets
    • Experience of search-based technology and platforms
    • Exceptional ability to think strategically, analytically, and creatively
    • Proficient in SEO tools like SEMRush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets or equivalent
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You will need to be someone that people can follow/ good at influencing across all employees
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
