Due to a high growth in sales, we're now looking for a Merchandising & Buying Admin Assistant.

    Job Role

    Update trading reports on excel for the Merchandiser on a weekly basis.

    · Manage the intake process with suppliers and freight forwarders to deliver into the warehouse.

    · Amending cost prices on the system per shipment.

    · Review performance at line and category level each week, reacting to sales patterns and maximising profit opportunity.

    · Managing and setting up all product pages, maintaining amendments

    · Visually merchandise the website according to best sellers and stocks.

    · Managing Critical path with suppliers and feedback to Buyer & Merchandiser.

    · Supporting the Buyer with product development & communication with suppliers

    · General sample management (fits, development, product rack up meetings)

    · Co-ordinating shoot samples & images with models & influencers

    · Regular competitive shopping research.

    · Supporting the team with trend & market research to support seasonal strategy.

    About You

    · Demonstrate strong numeracy and math skills.

    · Intermediate level experience using MS excel.

    · Passionate about Buying & Merchandising, with experience in a retail Head Office.

    · Organised with the ability to prioritise your workload.

    · Able to travel to the office in St Ives, Cambridgeshire 2 days a week.

    Salary: £23,000 - £28,000
