JOB DESCRIPTION:
Air Conditioning Engineer required for a Facilities Management company to cover planned and preventative maintenance.

Our client is looking for an experienced and hardworking Air Conditioning Engineer to join the team on a static basis at Manchester Airport.

This role will be working alongside a team of Maintenance Engineers.

This role will be 40 hours a week 7.30am - 4.30pm, Monday-Friday. Overtime and On call available.


Daily responsibilities will include:

• Planned and preventative maintenance
• Fault find and carry out repairs on all mechanical and HVAC equipment
• Ensure that PPM and Reactive jobs are processed, and defects are diagnosed, and faults are repaired and testing.
• Carrying out work safely and efficiently
• Building relationships with customers on site
• Air Handling Units
• Air conditioning systems such as VRV, VRF, VAV & FAT boxes.
• Valves, pumps and HVAC equipment. Including F-Gas.
• Control systems

Requirements for the role

• Experienced Air Conditioning engineer
• Level 2 Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
• Multi Skilled
• Fgas
