Contractor - Regional Major Contractor
Remuneration Package - £50,000 - £55,000 + package

Summary:

My client are looking for an internal Site Manager to join their team on a landmark multi occupancy project in the heart of Manchester.

Your role will be to look after and manage all of the internal aspects on one of the blocks on the project, managing all subcontractors.

Responsibilities:

Managing the internal works on a major construction project
Overseeing the work of contractors and subcontractors on site
Ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standard
Coordinating and monitoring health and safety on site

Reporting on progress to senior management Requirements:
Proven experience as a Site Manager, with a strong track record of delivering large-scale construction projects
Experience in managing internal works on construction sites
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and leadership abilities
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures
CSCS card and relevant qualifications
