- Conduct thorough analysis of current operational workflows/processes within distribution centres in preparation for the new system's implementation.
- Provide extensive support for testing, configuration, and optimization of the new system across distribution centres.
- Offer hands-on support for system process changes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Resolve system issues efficiently, working closely with IS and providing ongoing support to Distribution teams.
- Develop comprehensive training materials and programs to facilitate smooth transition and adoption of the new system.
- Analyse business processes, devise new processes, and refine system configuration.
- Oversee testing and quality assurance efforts to ensure the integrity and reliability of implemented solutions.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing overall operational efficiency.
- Track record in successfully rolling out WMS solutions in distribution centres
- Communication and people skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a meticulous eye for detail.
- Adaptable to rapidly changing priorities.
- Blue Yonder, SAP WM or SAP EWM experience would be strong asset.
