    ~ Join our Health and Safety team in our Brighton Branch covering our Brighton and Eastbourne sites. As a Senior Health & Safety Advisor, you'll lead initiatives, ensure compliance with legislation, and create a safe working environment.
    Develop and implement a comprehensive Health and Safety strategy.
    # Manage the H&S administrator and coordinate stakeholders with a people-centric approach, emphasizing Performance and Culture.
    # Lead the Health and Safety Forum focusing on engagement and department collaboration.
    # Conduct risk assessments, implement controls and improvements, and establish safe work systems.
    # Complete regular site inspections/audits to ensure policy adherence and safe practices and retain records of these.
    # Lead in-house training and provide guidance on health and safety for managers and employees.
    # Provide advice on specialist areas such as fire regulations, first aid, hazardous substances, machinery, and more.
    # Outline safe operational procedures, considering business hazards, and guidance on safe use and installation of machinery/equipment.

    Qualifications to NEBOSH Certificate, ideally with experience in manufacturing, logistics, or similar industries are preferred.
