Do you have digital marketing experience, and are seeking a new job in Stafford? Culture Recruitment Group is working with a client who is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager, and the role comes with an attractive salary of up to £45,000 p/a and a benefitspackage.


As a flexible Digital Marketing Manager, you will be fully engaged with implementing the marketing plan and understand the wider marketing mix.

Your focus will be on delivering digital strategic and tactical objectives through campaigns, projects and eventsand help to build the company's brand nationally and internationally.

To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:

  • Support the development of the marketing strategy and long-term marketing plans
  • Understand the content strategy and deliver it through digital channels to the right audiences
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence, through innovative content ideas
To be considered for this role, you should demonstrate the following qualifications, knowledge and experience:

  • Educated to degree-level or higher in a digital marketing-related discipline (or demonstrate equal experience)
  • CIM or IoDM qualified and accredited (not essential)
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing
  • Excellent working knowledge of Wordpress websites and key plugins


In return for your passion and expertise, you will receive an excellent benefits package, including a salary of up to £42,000.
