- Generate manufacturing bids and lead the bid process.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with all key stakeholders
- Developing and improving manufacturing processes with a continuous improvement attitude.
- Ensure effective process governance and adhere to all policies and procedures.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment would be a big plus in this role.
- A demonstrated background in bid management, bid generation and / or similar roles.

Position Available: Manufacturing Bid Lead (Option for part-time)
Location: Bolton (Hybrid) & Dynamic Working Hours
Salary: Up to £50,000 + Paid Overtime & Company Bonus & Very Good Pension Package
Experience needed: Experience of leading bids in a manufacturing environment, working with stakeholders and being accountable, and deploying continuous improvement across the manufacturing process.
